For Zieben Services

• Engagement begins only after written confirmation and receipt of initial payment as per agreed proposal/quotation.
• Scope, timelines, and deliverables are defined in project agreements.
• Intellectual property (IP) ownership is governed by the specific terms agreed with each client. By default, clients retain IP for their projects unless otherwise stated.
• Payments are milestone-based or retainer-based, as mutually agreed.

For Zyantra Products

• Prices listed on the website are inclusive of applicable taxes unless otherwise specified.
• Orders are confirmed only after successful payment via Razorpay or other authorized gateways.
• We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order due to errors in pricing, availability, or suspected fraudulent activity.

General

• We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time.
• All disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of Jammu, J&K, India.
