For Zyantra Products

• Standard Products: Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placement if they have not yet been dispatched.
• Customised / Made-to-Order Products: Cancellations are not permitted once the order is placed, as production (including additive manufacturing/3D printing) begins immediately upon receiving the order.
• Refunds are only applicable if the product delivered is defective, damaged, or does not match the order placed.
• Refunds (where applicable) will be processed within 7–10 working days via the original payment method.
• Returned products must be unused, in original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
• Return shipping costs are borne by the customer unless the product was defective or incorrect.

For Zieben Services

• Once a project engagement has commenced, cancellations are not eligible for refunds.
• In exceptional cases (e.g., cancellation before project kickoff), refunds may be considered at our discretion, net of administrative and resource allocation costs.
• Any advance paid towards service engagements is non-refundable unless otherwise agreed in writing.
